Central Library remains open as per the

Access System:Since
19th September 2000, G.L.A.I.T.M. LIBRARY
adopted OPEN ACCESS System in which the
reader goes to the shelf and chooses a
book from the shelves and brings it to the
issue counter.

Bank Facility:Book
Bank facility has been provided from the
session 2004-2005 to all the students. The
Central Library has also a separate book
bank section. It has 19505 collections of
Books.

Copy Facilities:Photocopy
facilities are available at the library at
the following timing and rates:
Timings:8.30AM to 6.00 PM (on all working
days)
The service is given at the subsidized
rate of 60 paise per page to the students.
Inter
Library Loan Scheme:Under
the Inter Library Loan Scheme material not
available in our library is procured from
other or sister institutions on Inter
Library Loan for meeting the special needs
of all potential readers.
