All noble initiatives, irrespective of time, possess a modest beginning. The

emergence of a new landscape in educational arena at the birthplace of the most versatile and sagacious Lord Krishna was in the form of Shri Jagannath Prasad Ganeshi Lal Bajaj Charitable Trust Samiti.It was to realize the vision of making the holy city of Mathura - a recognized destination of the knowledge seekers. The society was established in the year 1991 by Shri Narayan Das Agrawal to fulfill the dream of his father Shri Ganeshi Lal Agrawal. The flagship institution in the form of G.L.A. Institute of Technology and Management came into existence in the year 1998. The nine years of rigorous pursuit of academic excellence has resulted in the establishment of three new centres viz. G.L.A. Institute of Pharmaceutical Research, G.L.A. Institute of Business Management and G.L.A. Institute of Professional Studies, which will carry forward the rich legacy of serving the masses. 

Established in 2006, G.L.A. Institute of Professional Studies is a constituent of renowned G.L.A. Group of Institutions, Mathura. As a part of G.L.A. Group of Institutions, GLAIPS is able to remain academically aligned to the dynamic needs of the fast globalizing Indian economy. Core subjects are regularly calibrated, based on industry feedback. GLAIPS gives prime importance to develop ethics, social responsibility and confidence amongst its students. The institute provides a rigorous, intellectually challenging curriculum with flexibility to allow students to tailor their education, to meet their professional and personal interests and goals. It provides a collaborative learning environment that weaves technology and management into everyday life. GLAIPS has developed unique learning initiatives which have come to be the hallmark of the institute. Theory and practice, art and science of management & technology are seamlessly interwoven with high student initiatives and participation in collaborative learning processes

Faculty & staff ensure that students are treated as individuals and given the support that they need. Daily session begins at 8:00 am and classes generally close around 4.00 pm. Individual timetables vary a great deal, but most students have one free afternoon a week when they can undertake private study.
